The DUFF

The DUFF

One big fat cliché of a film. It brings nothing new, it’s not inventive whatsoever. This is a teen makeover movie, for new politically correct generations, without the actual makeover because “you gotta be you” and “be comfortable in your own skin.”
Although Mae Whitman is pretty enough, casting made her DUFF indeed with bringing models for the roles of friends. It was a bit too much, right? In the end it felt like “MEH!”
